At 6:46 a.m., Brenda Lee Soucy, 22, of Augusta, was arrested on warrants charging operating after suspension and failure to pay fines at the Augusta Police Department on Union Street.

Nov. 20
Victor Brown, 51, of Hartford, Conn., was arrested on a charge of felony theft after police stopped for a motorist assist on Interstate 295. Police conducted a consent search during the stop and, according to a report, found items stolen from Best Buy stores in Augusta, Portland and Newington, N.H. The value of the stolen goods was roughly $4,000.

At 6:41 p.m., Jonathan Barber, 23, of Wayne, was arrested on warrants charging failure to appear and unpaid restitution. Barber was arrested during a traffic stop on Main Street for a faulty plate light.
