SCARBOROUGH — A Scarborough woman was arrested this weekend after allegedly shooting a gun at her husband while holding their 6-month-old baby.

Angela Haddad, 34, was charged with aggravated reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly fired a .357 round at her husband with a revolver shortly before midnight Saturday, according to police.

The bullet hit only a wall in a rental unit at the West Oak Apartment Complex.

Police said Haddad had a verbal argument with her husband, whose name was not released. She told police she wanted to kill her husband, according to a press release posted on the police department’s Facebook page.

In addition to charges related to the shooting, Haddad was charged with violation of bail conditions. She remains in custody at Cumberland County Jail.
