Paul LePage has either forgotten or — more likely — never understood his role as governor of the great state of Maine.

He seems to believe he should run the state as a business as he did at Marden’s, where he is the boss, and the people of Maine are his employees.

And if we don’t agree with his ideas, well, tough.

Well, that’s just wrong. The governor of Maine works for the people of Maine, and should work with the Legislature.

And we need to elect someone who is willing to do so.
