JEFFERSON — Jefferson Public Library will host a Brain Gym session from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6.
The session will involve a series of movements that improve the brain’s integration mechanisms necessary for learning, according to a news release from the library. The Brain Gym educational model uses physical movements to shut off certain parts of the brain and reset them in order to think more clearly.
Sue Wilbur, a Brain Gym instructor, will introduce the concept and lead the exercises. This event is free and open to the public.
