BATH — Tri-County Literacy announced in a press release its annual Candy Cane Train Saturday, Dec. 13, and Sunday, Dec. 14.
The 90-minute scenic ride will travel from the Bath Train Station to Wiscasset and back. Round-trip rides will be offered 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. On the train there will be cookies, stories, and songs and Santa Claus and his elves. Inside the train station, participants can visit with Mrs. Claus and view model trains. Hot chocolate will be served.
Tickets cost $18 per person. All proceeds benefit Tri-County Literacy. For more information or to buy tickets, call 443-6384 or visit www.candycanetrain.org.
