ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Wednesday at 8:19 a.m., police responded to State Street, where Bousley J. Baptiste, 19, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant.

Thursday at 2:22 a.m., a traffic stop was made at the intersection of Water and Bond streets. Nicholas A. Farrell, 32, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence with a prior conviction.

CHELSEA

Wednesday at 10:50 a.m., police responded to Windsor Road, where David Glenn Harvey, 20, of Kentucky, was arrested on charges of being a fugitive from justice.

MONMOUTH

Wednesday at 5:33 p.m., police responded to Windsor Road, where Lane N. Burnham, 20, of Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant.
