WINSLOW — Jacquelynn Marie Lane and Jason Wilfred Hawes were married Sept. 12, 2015, in and outdoor ceremony at the Winslow VFW with a reception to follow.

The bride is the daughter of Judith J. Lane, of Winthrop, and James and Jeanette Lane, of Parkman. The bridegroom is the son of Wilfred Hawes, of Sidney, and the late Tina Hawes.

Jackie was escorted down the aisle by her father, Jim Lane.

Jen Lane, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were friends Carolyn Towle, Doris McNeill and Melissa Gilson.

Eric Truman, the groom’s child hood friend, was best man. Groomsmen were friends Julian Beale, Michael LaPlante and Jeremy Briggs.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Lawrence High School. She is employed by Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Waterville.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Hall-Dale High School and attended Kennebec Valley Community College. He is employed as a lineman by Central Maine Power Co.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to Las Vegas and live in Sidney.
