ARRESTS

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 12:20 a.m., Arrashke Hekmat, 34, of Winslow, was arrested on May Street on charges of domestic violence assault, obstructing report of a crime and possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:25 a.m., Jonathan Sdao, 24, of Niwot, Colorado, was arrested at Colby College on two assault charges and refusing to submit to arrest .
