WATERVILLE — The public is invited to an open house for the Waterville Squadron Civil Air Patrol from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 4, at Robert LaFleur Municipal Airport off Airport Road.

Commander Roger Sabourin said cadets will demonstrate search and rescue and communications skills during the open house, answer questions and show off the air patrol’s newest airplane. Tours will be given and refreshments will be on hand.

The Waterville wing is one of 10 Civil Air Patrol squadrons in Maine and includes 20 cadets, Sabourin said.
