Fire damaged the apartment late Saturday evening and police arrested the tenant. Buzzell said the man entered his apartment 1 saying there was a fire and Buzzell called the fire department and alerted neighbors by banging on doors. "When I opened the door of apartment 2, the door was hot and smoke poured out," Buzzell said.
