Frank Buckley, 43, Industry, domestic violence terrorizing, and obstructing report of crime, June 16, 2009 in Industry; both dismissed.

Zachary Haines, 20, Farmington, arson, and aggravated assault, Aug. 13, 2010 in Farmington; both dismissed.

Zachary R. Heath, 22, West Farmington, seven counts of burglary, June 17, 2008 in New Vineyard; all dismissed.

Matthew Kerr, 20, Lewiston, aggravated criminal mischief, and burglary, May 7, 2009 in New Sharon; 18-months and 30-day jail sentence all but 60-days suspended, two years probation, and $500 in restitution; also, burglary, April 17, 2009 in Chesterville; 30-day jail sentence.

Damien Lee, 21, Farmington, burglary, July 11, 2009 in Farmington; 18-month jail sentence all but 54-days suspended, two years probation, and $3,263 in restitution.

Lisa J. McFarlin, 45, South Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and misuse of identification, Sept. 5, 2009 in Farmington; both dismissed.

Jessica D. Melchoirre, 35, Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Dec. 11, 2007 in Jay; six month jail sentence, probation partially revoked, and probation partially continued.

Jeromy C. Merchant, 30, New Sharon, aggravated criminal trespass, May 23, 2010 in New Sharon; five year jail sentence all suspended, and two years probation.

Jeffrey H. Offord, 48, Jay, terrorizing, Sept. 8, 2010 in Jay; dismissed.

Cynthia Prescott, 47, Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 3, 2009 in Weld; dismissed.

Michael C. Ringer, 42, Farmington, domestic violence assault, Oct. 2, 2010 in Farmington; 30-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.

Ryan A. Sargent, 25, Stratton, driving to endanger, operating under the influence– no test, and failing to stop for officer, Nov. 20, 2010 in Carrabassett Valley; all dismissed.

Archie M. Searles SR., 52, Phillips, criminal threatening w/dangerous weapon, Oct. 29, 2010 in Phillips; dismissed.
