Zachary Haines, 20, Farmington, arson, and aggravated assault, Aug. 13, 2010 in Farmington; both dismissed.

Zachary R. Heath, 22, West Farmington, seven counts of burglary, June 17, 2008 in New Vineyard; all dismissed.

Matthew Kerr, 20, Lewiston, aggravated criminal mischief, and burglary, May 7, 2009 in New Sharon; 18-months and 30-day jail sentence all but 60-days suspended, two years probation, and $500 in restitution; also, burglary, April 17, 2009 in Chesterville; 30-day jail sentence.

Lisa J. McFarlin, 45, South Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and misuse of identification, Sept. 5, 2009 in Farmington; both dismissed.
