AUGUSTA — Several people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings held in Kennebec County Superior Court:
* Michael R. Beaulieu, 30, of Waterville, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 19, 2010, in Waterville; 30-day jail sentence.
* Peter S. Fernald Jr., 52, of Vassalboro, operating after habitual offender revocation Dec. 29, 2010, in Vassalboro; 60-day jail sentence, $1,000 fine.
* Scott A. Lewis, 40, of Waterville, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, and unlawful possession of scheduled drug Dec. 8, 2010, in Waterville; three-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation, $800 fine, $110 restitution.
* Darnell R. Myer, 31, of Augusta, theft by deception between Jan. 1, 2008, and April 22, 2008, in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence, all suspended, one year administrative release.
* Kelsey D. Mitchell, 22, of Fairfield, false public alarm or report Jan. 26, 2007, in Winslow; $300 fine.
* Cathryn C. Pecoraro, 51, of Farmingdale, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs May 6, 2010, in Augusta; 10-year jail sentence, all but two years suspended, three years’ probation.
* Ashley N. Rideout, 24, of South China, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs July 7, 2010, in Vassalboro; 60-day jail sentence, $400 fine.
