The leaders of the government in Japan and the executives of Tokyo Power should be prosecuted for depraved indifference, since they put their own needs to “save face” ahead of the safety of the citizens of Japan.
To maintain an appearance of being in control of the situation, they withheld critical information, told half-truths, dissembled, bluffed the media and committed an immoral crime of intentional and willful lying by omission.
The lives of the brave people who have sacrificed their lives and future health are on the souls of these despicable monsters. They chose to save their own faces and chose not to save the bodies of innocent and courageous employees and citizens. They deserve the full wrath of the citizens of Japan.
