WATERVILLE — The Planning Board on Monday will consider several projects, including a proposed 5,200-square-foot indoor golf facility with an outdoor practice range on Airport Road.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at The Center downtown.

John Curato is requesting approval of a final plan for the golf facility under the city’s site plan review ordinance.

McDonald’s restaurant at 435 Kennedy Memorial Drive plans to request approval for revisions to its site, and planners will consider approving revisions to a previously-approved plan for the JFK Plaza, also on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

Other plans the board will consider:

* A request by Jefferson Realty LLC to rezone land on Jefferson Street to decrease a building setback requirement.
