BELGRADE — Peggy (DuBois) Kinsey of Belgrade has announced the engagement of her daughter, Holly Lynn Kinsey of Belgrade to Charles Martin Plourde, son of Daniel and Katrina (Maroon) Plourde of China. Holly is also the daughter of the late Gary Kinsey.
An August 2012 wedding is planned.
