Jeanette Daly, left, Miriam Wood and Judy Dunn discuss the contents of a “Resolution of Respect” they drafted Tuesday at the Mill Stream Grange in Vienna.  The women created the memorial for life-long Vienna resident and Mill Stream Grange charter member Marion Webber, 84, who passed away July 1.  The Resolution will be read at the next meeting of the Patrons of Husbandry.
