LINCOLN — Maine’s newest wind-power generating facility will be formally dedicated this week.

A ribbon-cutting on Wednesday will mark the completion of First Wind’s Rollins project in the towns of Lincoln, Burlington, Lee, Winn and Mattawamkeag, Penobscot County. The $29 million wind farm will produce 60 megawatts.

The energy produced from the project will be delivered as part of a long-term electricity supply contract with the state’s Public Utilities Commission.
