IN SKOWHEGAN, Friday at 2 p.m., Marc Thomas Weston, 34, of Skowhegan, arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 4:50 a.m., Angelo V. Licata, 33, of Detroit, arrested on a charge of murder.

9 a.m., James Libby, 53, no address listed, arrested on charges of trespassing and bail violation.

8 p.m., Desiray Ann Poulin, 20, of 9 Gold St. Apt. No. 1, Waterville, arrested on four warrants.
