WINSLOW — Katie Grenier, 16, a junior at Winslow High School, recently returned from serving as a U.S. Senate page in Washington, D.C. for three weeks. She worked under the sponsorship of Sen. Olympia Snowe.

The primary duties of a page consist of delivery of correspondence and legislative material within the Capitol complex, taking messages for senators, preparing the chamber for Senate sessions, and carrying bills and amendments to the presiding officer’s desk.
