UNITY — A free grasses and sedges workshop, sponsored by Sebasticook Regional Land Trust and the Landmark Heritage Trust, will take place from noon to 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 13 at the Sunkhaze Meadows National Wildlife Refuge parcel on Prairie Road. Parking is available at the Unity Horse Ring next to the refuge.
Participants are encouraged to bring water and wear long pants in case of ticks or poison ivy. Pre-registration is encouraged.
