MOSCOW — Taxes will increase $75 this year for people owning a $50,000 home.

The tax rate is increasing from $15.40 per $1,000 of assessed property value to $16.90 per $1,000, First Selectman Donald Beane said in a statement on Tuesday.

“Our tax bills are all printed and ready to go,” he said. Residents will receive their bills in a few days.

Appropriations include $722,477 for the town’s estimated share of School Administrative District 13’s budget.

They also include $330,717 raised at Town Meeting for local expenditures and $207,820 for Somerset County taxes, Beane said.

Moscow will receive $29,546 in state revenue sharing and $9,369 in homestead exemption reimbursements, used for property tax relief, for 2011.
