President George Bush is the reason for all these money problems, when members of Congress are the ones who control the purse strings in this country. The president just proposes a budget, Congress adds or subtracts to it and approves or disapproves it.
Now Barack Obama is president, and it is the Republicans in Congress who are at fault for the mess we are in.
Sounds like trying to have it both ways to me. Very interesting.
