IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 4:38 p.m., Crystal Michell McIntosh, 29, of 83 College Avenue, Apt. 3, in Waterville, was summoned for theft in Shaw’s Plaza parking lot on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

Arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday, no time given, Scott Crane, 30, of 33 Summer St. in Waterville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Summer Street.

11:10 a.m., Bennie Coutu, 32, of 24 Elm St. in Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.
