IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 3:47 p.m., Amanda L. Brainard, 19, of 116 Cushman Road, Winslow, was summoned on a charge of theft, at Walmart.

5:49 p.m., George S. Goodwin Jr., 41, of 456 River Road, Benton, was summoned on a charge of theft, at Walmart. Goodwin was later also summoned on a charge of driving after license suspension.
