NORRIDGEWOCK — Due to a new state law, absentee balloting will no longer be allowed after the clerk’s office hours the Thursday prior to the election. This will be 4:15 p.m. Oct. 27.
The town clerk will be in the office for absentee voting from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 24, 25 and 26. Voters can also register that day or on election day with photo identification and proof of residency. The polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Millstream Elementary School gymnasium, Mercer Road.
