WINSLOW — Raymond Harris of Winslow and Amy and Miguel Govea of Vassalboro have announced the engagement of their daughter, Katherine E. Harris to Matthew J. Pelotte, son of Raymond and Barbara Pelotte of Waterville.

Katherine is a 2007 graduate of Winslow High school and is currently attending the Associate Degree in Science Nursing program at Kennebec Valley Community College in Fairfield. She is an Emergency Room Technician at Maine General Medical Center in Waterville.

Matthew is a 2004 graduate of Waterville High School and a 2006 graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College earning an Associate Degree in Precision Machining. He is a Heavy Equipment Operator at Fanado Pelotte Construction in Waterville.

A June 9, 2012, wedding is planned.
