SALEM — Parker Kennedy had two goals as the Mt. Abram boys soccer team beat Winthrop 6-0 in a Mountain Valley Conference game Tuesday.

Robert Rivers and Ian James each added a goal and an assist, while Ben Listowich and Alex Lopez each chipped in a goal for Mt. Abram (6-5-3).

Cameron Macmillan had 16 saves for Winthrop (0-12-2).

Messalonskee 6, Cony 2: Alex Shatskov and Nate DelGiudice each scored two goals as the Eagles beat the Rams in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game in Oakland.

Chris Hall and Joe Couture each added a goal, while DelGiudice and Kyle Holmsen each added two assists for Messalonskee (10-2-2). Billy Blake and Jarrod Simpson each had one assist and Zach Sutherland had three saves.

Kyle Stiefken scored both goals for Cony (2-12-0). Both were assisted by Luke Dang. Brandon Elwell made nine saves for the Rams.

Waterville 4, Skowhegan 0: Zack Costello and Tommy Samson each had a goal and an assist to lead the Purple Panthers in a KVAC A game in Waterville.

Callum Thomas and Jake French also scored for Waterville (3-11-0) while Kaleb Kane and Max Brown each added an assist.

Sam Wheeler had 10 for Skowhegan (0-14-0).

Winslow 6, Gardiner 0: Senior Nick Papsis scored two first-half goals — the first just 12 seconds into the game — to lead the Black Raiders in Winslow.

Gabe Smith also scored two goals for Winslow (11-3-0), while Evan Clark had a goal and an assist. Pierce Ducker added a goals in the second half and Finn Ducker added two assists.

Ian Lane made six saves for Gardiner (4-9-1).

Winslow will face Camden Hills in the KVAC B championship game at 3 p.m. Thursday in Augusta.

Mt. View 3 , Lincoln Academy 0: Aaron Elkins scored two goals and Tim Bennett added another to lead the Mustangs in Thorndike. Jack Simpson had two assists and Chris Montminy had three saves for Mt. View (11-3-0).

Merritt Wotton had 10 saves for Lincoln (5-6-3).

Camden Hills 7, Nokomis 0: Truman Moore scored three goals to lead the Windjammers to the KVAC B win in Newport.

Tom Cassidy, Evan McLean, Sam Predham and Malcolm Steele also scored for Camden Hills (14-0-0). Ian Cushing had 12 saves to earn the shutout while Thomas Batchelder had 11 for the Warriors (1-13-0).

Lawrence 7, Brewer 0: Tim Dudley had four goals and an assist as the Bulldogs beat the Witches in a KVAC A game in Brewer.

Drew Bois added a goal and two assists, while Zach Blomerth had a goal and an assist for Lawrence (8-6-0). Matt Saunders also had a goal and Zach Peters and Max Kenney each had an assist. Brad Mackenzie and Zach Alley combined for 11 saves.

Ian Burgess had eight saves for Brewer (3-11-0).

Mt. Blue 3, Erskine 0: Colton Hall scored all three goals as the Cougars beat the Eagles in a KVAC A game in Farmington on Tuesday.

Ryan Pulver had 10 saves for Erskine (7-6-1).

Matt Crowley had six saves for Mt. Blue (8-5-1).

Waterville 5, Skowhegan 0: Abby Webster and Lydia Roy both scored two goals as the Panthers beat the Indians in Skowhegan.

Alexa Frame scored the other goal for Waterville (10-3-1). Morgan Tortorella made three saves to earn the shutout.

Andrea Quirion recorded 19 saves for Skowhegan (0-14-0).

Cony 5, Messalonskee 0: Lauren Quirion scored three goals before halftime to pace the Rams in Augusta.

Mia Diplock converted two second-half penalty kicks for Cony (8-6-0), her 13th and 14th goals of the season. Melanie Guzman made five saves for the Rams, while Becca Fowler, Lindsey Folsom and Josie Lee each recorded an assist.

For Messalonskee (4-10-0), Shawna Oliver finished with 11 saves.

Mt. View 1, Lincoln 0: Mikell Grant scored the lone goal of the game about five minutes into the second half as the Mustangs beat the Eagles to earn their first win of the season, in Newcastle.

Amanda Larrabee had 11 saves for Mt. View (1-13-0).

Christina Tonry had two saves for Lincoln (0-14-0).

Mt. Blue 2, Erskine 0: Mackenzie Conlogue scored a pair of goals as the Cougars beat the Eagles in a KVAC A game in Farmington.

Marina west and Makenzie Thompson each had an assist for Mt. Blue (8-5-1). Gabby Foy had 14 saves to earn the win.

Abby Peabody had 17 saves for Erskine (5-7-2).

Lawrence 3, Brewer 0: Three different players scored in the second half to lead the Bulldogs in a KVAC A game in Brewer.

Hannah Sheperd scored an unassisted goal 7:30 into the second half to give Lawrence (7-6-1) all the offense it would need. Lindsay Morris and Mindy Rowell also scored for Lawrence.

Brewer finished 0-14-0.

Field hockey

Central 3, Maine Central Institute 2 (PC): After two scoreless overtimes, Kayla Grindle scored on the second penalty corner to give the Red Devils the win in an Eastern C quarterfinal in Corinth.

Grindle also had another goal and assisted on a goal by Tabby Goldsmith. Central (9-6), the No. 3 seed, will play at No. 2 Winthrop on Saturday. Bree Skolfield made 16 saves for the Devils.

Michaela George and Carolyn Newhouse each scored for No. 6 MCI (6-8-1). Sarah Bennett had 14 saves for the Huskies.

College field hockey

Colby 2, St. Joseph’s 0: Hannah O’Brien scored her team-high fourth goal of the season as the Mules beat the Monks in Waterville.

Sally Klose also scored for Colby (4-8-0), while Courtney Erskine and Natalie Fischer each had an assist.

Michelle Burt earned the win with three saves.

Meaghan Johnson had 18 saves for St. Joe’s (9-4-0).
