BANGOR — Dwight and Dorene Denham are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Denham of Bangor, to Andy Exley of Bangor, son of William and Evelyn Exley.

Ashley earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New England. She is employed at KidsPeace in Bangor.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph’s College in 2005. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Husson University. He is employed at Rite-Aid Pharmacy.

An Aug. 4, 2012, wedding is planned.
