PORTLAND — Time Warner Cable will continue its transition to an all-digital format today in Avon, Carrabassett Valley, Coplin, Embden, Eustis, Kingfield, New Portland, North Anson, Norridgewock, Phillips, New Vineyard, Solon, Smithfield, Strong and Wyman.
The company urged its customers to pick up digital adapters, which will also allow them access to 19 additional channels, according to a news release about the conversion.
The transition to an all-digital transmission format means customers who receive the company’s Augusta channel lineup will need to have a digital set-top box or palm-sized digital adapter.
