AUGUSTA — Five people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

* Star Marie Black, 19, of Augusta, assault, criminal mischief and criminal trespass June 8 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 21 days suspended, one year administrative release, $300 fine, $185 restitution.

* Stephanie Bolte, 39, of Augusta, forgery between Feb. 1 and April 30 in Augusta, 364-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, $2,775 restitution.

* Jonathan S. Gilman, 21, of Windsor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer between Sept. 10, 2010, and Jan. 9, 2011, in Augusta; $1,000 fine, $1,831 restitution.

* Frederick Knowles III, 42, of Augusta, operating after habitual offender revocation, May 19, 2009, in Gardiner; six-month jail sentence, $1,000 fine.

* Bruce J. Taylor, 25, of Canaan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer between Aug. 23, 2010, and Dec. 31, 2010, in Augusta; $1,000 fine.
