ORONO — Robert Brown of Mount Vernon was inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society at a recent ceremony at the University of Maine, Orono.

Brown is currently a junior in the Honors College, majoring in accounting.

BOSTON — Nicholas R. Heath of Augusta, Maine, has been named to the spring semester dean’s list at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Heath, son of Kendra and Mark Lakeman, is pursuing a doctor of pharmacy. He will graduate in 2015.

LAKE FOREST, Ill. — Katelyn McAuliffe of Richmond, Maine, class of 2015 at Lake Forest College, recently received a Buchanan Social Justice Scholarship and a Presidential Scholarship.

COLCHESTER, Vt. — Ashley Whittemore, daughter of Donald and Katherine Taylor of Readfield, Maine, was selected for induction into the Saint Michael’s College chapter of Delta Epsilon Sigma.

Whittemore, a senior sociology major, is a graduate of Maranacook Community School.
