BANGOR — Erin Elizabeth Maschino and Joshua Ross LaPierre were married Oct. 8, 2011, at the Spectacular Event Center in Bangor.
The bride is the daughter of Joe Maschino and stepmother Julie MacMaster of Gardiner, and Michele White and stepfather Jeff White of Winthrop. The groom is the son of Joy and Kenny LaPierre of Vassalboro.
Kristina Rand was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tricia Plumley, Courtney St. Laurent, Tayla Maschino, Micaela Caron and Nikeita Bean. Emma Webster and Ella Sawyer were flower girls. Colbey Plaisted, cousin and goddaughter of the groom, performed a reading during the ceremony.
Robert Dube was best man. Ushers were Mike Cunningham, Nick Plaisted, Matt Huston and Mark Damren. Ayden Willey and Mateo Damren were ring bearers.
Mrs. LaPierre is a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, earning a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She is a Registered Nurse at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.
Mr. LaPierre is a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, earning a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. He is an Intermediate PC Systems Specialist at Eastern Maine Health System in Bangor.
The couple will take a honeymoon in February to the Bahamas.
