AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Corey J. Dionne, 22, of Augusta, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs March 11 in Augusta, and forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 10 in Randolph; one-year jail sentence concurrent with a probation revocation, $400 fine.

• Kenneth Farris, 34, of Clinton, assault Sept. 15, in Waterville; three-year all suspended jail sentence, two years probation. The sentence is consecutive to a nine-month probation revocation.

• Michael E. Freeman Jr., 24, of West Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 26 in Chelsea; operating after habitual offender revocation May 29 in Gardiner, and a second count of operating after habitual offender revocation and possession or transfer of burglar’s tools July 26 in Gardiner; 60-day jail sentence, $1,000 fine.

• Joel D. Lachance, 42, of Randolph, seven counts of burglary, 10 counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three counts of aggravated criminal mischief and one count of violating conditions of release between Jan. 26 and June 9 in Belgrade, Chelsea, Farmingdale, Hallowell, Randolph, Sidney and Waterville; five-year jail sentence, with all but 18 months suspended, three years probation.

• Ronnie L. McBreairty Jr., 28, of Oakland, burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 5 in Oakland; three-year jail sentence, with all but 14 days suspended, two years probation, $3,393 restitution.

• Gary O. St. Pierre, 48, of Vassalboro, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs Oct. 4 in Benton; four-year jail sentence, with all but seven months suspended, two years probation, $800 in fines.

• Karen E. Ross, 31, of Winslow, unlawful possession of oxycodone April 22 in Waterville; three-year jail sentence, with all but 90 days suspended, two years probation, $400 fine.

• Dillanger L. Smart, 29, of Litchfield, violating condition of release and violating protective order July 1 in Farmingdale and theft by deception July 2, also in Farmingdale; 18-month jail sentence consecutive to a two-year probation revocation, $500 fine.

• Kevin Tardiff, 41, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 23 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence concurrent with a 10-month probation revocation.

• Robert E. Wheelock Jr., 23, of Sidney, operating under the influence Aug. 25 in Gardiner and unlawful possession of scheduled drug June 2 in Sidney; 180-day jail sentence, with all but 14 days suspended, one year administrative release, $1,000 fine.
