EAST WILTON — Wilson Grange will host a Winter Carnival Quebec-style dinner.

Authentic Quebec dishes will be the theme of this month’s 6 p.m. dinner Friday. The menu will feature French cuisine and will be served in the Grange dining hall on Main Street. The cost is $12 per person.
