Monmouth graduate Jenn Lola scored a game-high 26 points to lead the University of Maine at Augusta women’s basketball team to a 65-45 win over Central Maine Community College in a Yankee Small College Conference game Wednesday night in Augusta.
Lola connected on 6 of 10 three-point attempts. Teammate Katie Poirier added 19 points and grabbed 16 rebounds, while Erskine grad Ashley Peaslee scored 16 points to go with seven assists and 12 steals.
Jenn Caton paced CMCC with 14 points.
UMA is 7-2.
