AUGUSTA — The following people were sentenced Tuesday in Kennebec County Superior Court:

* Jesse Lee Baker, 28, of Augusta, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property Aug. 23 and 29, both in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence.

* Robert Brann, 38, of Coopers Mills, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 6 in Augusta; 90-day jail sentence.

* Angela M. Brooks, 29, of Waterville, possession of a revoked, mutilated, fictitious license/ID card, and operating after habitual offender revocation July 4 in Winslow; 30-day jail sentence, $600 fine.

* Dewey Brown, 49, of Farmingdale, operating under the influence and operating vehicle without license (conditional/restricted) July 21 in West Gardiner; seven-day jail sentence, $700 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

* Richard K. Burton, 48, of Kernersville, N.C., operating under the influence March 15 in Waterville; 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $600 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* William R. Bushey, 34, of Brooks, domestic violence criminal threatening and criminal mischief Sept. 5 in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence, all but 14 days suspended, one year administrative release, $963 restitution.

* Eben Campbell, 27, of Kents Hill, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus miles over speed limit March 15 in Waterville; $600 fine.

* Mark Carter, 59, of Fairfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Aug. 19 in Waterville; $1,000 fine.

* Jonathan N. Caswell, 26, of Windsor, operating after habitual offender revocation and refusing to submit to arrest or detention March 15 in Gardiner; six-month jail sentence, $1,000 fine.

* Larry L. Corbin, 26, of North Monmouth, operating under the influence July 17 in Monmouth; 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $600 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Chantelle R. Davis, 22, of Livermore, criminal mischief Aug. 20 in Monmouth; $200 fine.

* Debbie J. Dawson, 53, of Jefferson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 9 in China; $200 fine.

* Sasha A. Donahue, 26, of Clinton, violating condition of release Aug. 24 in Waterville; seven-day jail sentence, credit for time served.

* Ryan C. Flelrmatti, 32, of Bingham, operating under the influence May 27 in Waterville, 96-hour alternative jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Daniel S. Green, 51, of Yarmouth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 12 in Windsor; $350 fine, $113 restitution.

* Richard M. Hayward, 57, of Augusta, criminal trespass Sept. 6 in Augusta; $100 fine.

* Brittany C. Holland, 20, of Bangor, unlawful possession of scheduled drug April 1 in Waterville; $500 fine.

* Kendall L. James, 20, of Old Town, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus miles over speed limit Aug. 6 in Gardiner; $750 fine.

* Marjorie S. Johnston, 58, of South China, operating under the influence May 19 in Vassalboro, 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Danny W. Leigh, 33, of Washington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 15 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence.

* Jeffrey W. Libby, 50, of Hartland, operating under the influence June 4 in West Gardiner; 180-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, one year administrative release, $700 fine.

* Judy M. MacLeod, 48, of Whitefield, operating under the influence May 6 in Windsor, Augusta; 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Kami R. Maheu, 38, of Waterville, operating under the influence June 19 in Albion; 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Burton Page III, 45, of Oakland, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and criminal mischief July 6 in Waterville; five-year jail sentence, all but one year suspended, two years probation, $300 restitution.

* Amanda S. Peters, 33, of Augusta, operating under the influence Aug. 9 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 25 days suspended, credit for 14 days served and remainder to be served in alternative sentencing program, one year probation, $700 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

* June E. Say, 26, of Augusta, operating under the influence July 2 in Hallowell; $600 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* Michael G. Smith, 53, of Oakland, operating under the influence May 29 in Oakland; 10-day alternative sentencing program, $850 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

* Bruce L. Staples, 32, of South China, operating under the influence June 4 in Pittston; $600 fine, 90-day license suspension.

* O. Troy Stevens, 37, of Windsor, violating condition of release Aug. 24 in Windsor; 24-hour jail sentence.

* John Paul Stevens, 45, of Augusta, theft by receiving stolen property Oct. 19 in Windsor and a second count of theft by receiving stolen property April 6 in Augusta; one-year jail sentence.

* Curtis A. Webber, 57, of Sidney, operating while license suspended or revoked July 7 in Sidney; seven-day jail sentence, $600 fine.

* Thomas J. West, 47, of Belmont, Mass., operating watercraft under the influence July 1 in Belgrade; $500 fine.
