Applied Forestry Inc., of Cornville, violating dyed fuel prohibition Sept. 26 in Winslow; $1,000 fine.

Douglas Batchelder, 31, of Augusta, misuse of identification Aug. 31 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence, $271 restitution.

Kevin Bearor, 50, of Biddeford, operating while license suspended or revoked July 11 in West Gardiner; $250 fine.

Steven Flannery, 20, of Belgrade, criminal mischief Sept. 3 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.

Damon R. Freemanturnbull, 20, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked July 4 in Winthrop; $600 fine, seven-day jail sentence, one-year license and registration suspension.

Scott Grenier, 27, of Winslow, theft by deception June 7 in Augusta; $1,000 fine, $706 restitution.

William Henderson, 61, of Gardiner, failure to register vehicle Nov. 4 in Monmouth; $100 fine.

Gerald C. King, 23, of Winthrop, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Oct. 12 in West Gardiner; $350 fine.

Vicki L. Lataille, 51, of Manchester, operating under the influence Nov. 7 in Manchester; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Randy Levesque, 42, of Brunswick, commercial vehicle rule violation: operation without duty record Oct. 22, 2001, in Gardiner; $250 fine.

Joseph McBrady, 39, of Topsham, operating vehicle without a license Oct. 27 in Gardiner; $150 fine.

Katie J. Robinson, 18, of South China, operating while license suspended or revoked Sept. 1 in Augusta and two counts of violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, all Sept. 9, in China; $1,000 in fines, 30-day jail sentence.

Gregory Roe, 26, of Gardiner, operating vehicle without a license Oct. 19 in Farmingdale; $150 fine.

John J. Ryan, 28, of Vienna, operating unregistered all-terrain vehicle Sept. 11 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Andrew F. Seigars, 24, of Vassalboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 8 in China; $200 fine.
