Arrests

IN WINSLOW, Saturday at 12:47 a.m., Walter Francis Shea, 26, of 37 Stonewall Road, Jefferson, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence-1 prior, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

11:45 a.m., Amanda L. Cookson, 24, of 250 Martin Stream Road, Fairfield, was arrested on a domestic violence assault charge and on a probation hold.

Summonses

IN WINSLOW, Friday at 9:22 p.m., Christopher A. Michael Richardson, 19, 77 Park St., in Livermore Falls, was summoned on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
