FAIRFIELD — Hampden Academy outscored Lawrence by 11 points in the fourth quarter to earn a 49-47 win in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A boys basketball game Tuesday.

Lawrence (3-1) led 34-25 at the end of the third quarter, but Hampden (4-0) outscored the Bulldogs 24-13 in the fourth to earn the win.

Christian McCue had 12 points and Logan Poirier 11 for Hampden.

Spencer Carey had 17 points and Alex Leathers 11 for Lawrence.

Valley 45, Forest Hills 41: Josh West had 10 rebounds and played a strong defensive game against Tigers’ leading scorer Evan Worster as the Cavaliers won an East-West Conference game in Bingham.

Carrington Miller scored 17 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, while Caleb Wade had 10 points and six assists for Valley (4-0).

Matt Turner had 12 points and Worster 11 for Forest Hills (3-2).

Waterville 49, Mt. View 41: Josh Gormley had 11 points and 10 rebounds to lead the host Purple Panthers to the KVAC B win.

Max Brown added 14 points and six steals for Waterville (2-2) while Chris Hale scored 11 points. JP Michaud grabbed 10 rebounds.

Mt. View (1-3) was led by Chris Montmony with 12 points.

Winslow 58, MCI 33: Caleb Hill had 16 points and 10 rebounds as the Black Raiders beat the Huskies in a KVAC B game in Winslow.

Justin Murray added 13 points, six steals and 10 assists for Winslow (3-1), while Connor Wildes had four steals. Trevor Lovely also had 13 points.

Kael McCarthy had nine points for MCI (0-4).

Richmond 50, Rangeley 32: Ben Carver scored 12 points and Nate Tribbet added nine to lead the Bobcats in a Western D game.

Brian Snedeker had eight points and eight rebounds for Richmond (1-3) as well. Eric White scored 13 points and Alex Morton added 10 to lead the Lakers (0-3).

Brewer 58, Messalonskee 40: Yuhi Sasaki scored 15 points to lead the host Witches to the KVAC A win.

Brandon Newcomb and Matt Cuskelly each scored 11 points for Brewer (1-3).

Elijah Steele led Messalonskee (0-4) with 12 points.

Skowhegan 74, Mt. Ararat 66: Levi Barnes had 25 points as the Indians beat the Eagles in a KVAC A game in Skowhegan.

Ethan Johnson added 20 points, Aren LeBrun 11 and Trevor Hisler 10 for Skowhegan (1-3).

JD Cole had 16 points for Mt. Ararat (1-4).
