FREEPORT — Community Spay-Neuter Clinic of Freeport will offer $30 spay-neuter surgeries to cat owners living in Waterville, Benton and Clinton. Free van transport brings cats to and from the clinic for day surgery every week. This is a targeted effort to reduce cat overpopulation in Waterville.
The state-of-the-art clinic provides high-quality surgeries performed by Tufts Veterinary School graduates. Slots are limited.
