IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 2:29 p.m., Charles L. Green Jr., 41, of East Dixfield, was summoned on a charge of reckless conduct.

Arrests

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 2:14 p.m., John Blake Porter, 36, of Lee, was arrested on a charge of possession of drugs in a commercial motor vehicle.

3:16 p.m., Jill R. Berryman, 45, of Anson, was arrested on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug-heroin, and unlawful possession of oxycodone.

4:55 p.m., Timothy Goodblood, 48, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of operating after suspension and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Friday at 12:52 a.m., Christopher M. Allmendinger, 34, of Skowhegan, was arrested on an operating after suspension charge.
