the Celtic band of siblings prepares for area seasonal shows
For more than 25 years now a family band — the Barra MacNeils — from Sydney Mines, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, has been touring North America and the world bringing their brand of Celtic music to their fans. The MacNeils have a whole string of albums to their credit with two of them — “Christmas Album” and “Christmas Album II” — being the most popular, so much so that group’s seasonal shows are the ones folks flock to.
