We would like to thank the West Gardiner Fire Department for the help the firefighters gave us recently when we had the misfortune of having a chimney fire at our house.

They were very professional and had the fire out in no time.

I have belonged to area fire departments, and I know what it is like to get out on a cold and windy night to help others.
