Tom Bouchard, of Farmingdale, crosses the dam Sunday on Cobbossee Stream in Manchaster after fly fishing on New Years Day. Bouchard said the mild conditions were perfect for wading in the stream and casting for trout “but after two hours my feet are cold.”
