IN WINSLOW, Saturday at 3:30 p.m., Ricky Nelson Cochran, 43, of 2 Kidder St., Winslow, was arrested on a domestic violence assault charge.
Sunday at 2:03 a.m., Amanda Rose Groder, 30, of 494 Main St., Apt. 2, Lewiston, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
Monday at 8:28 p.m., William Peter Sadulsky, 64, of 163 Quimby Lane, Winslow, was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention – bodily injury, two counts of assault and criminal threatening.
Summonses
IN WINSLOW, Saturday at 10:16 a.m., Jeremy Santos, 28, of 146 Bassett Road, Winslow, was summoned on a charge of failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means.
