SKOWHEGAN — The Skowhegan Parks & Recreation Department is accepting registrations for vendor space at its annual winter carnival. The carnival is scheduled from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, at the Skowhegan Community Center.

Local artisans, crafters, businesses and demonstrators are invited to participate at this free family event. Space is limited.
