WATERVILLE — Franklin Salvador scored 21 points, including six 3-pointers, as the Thomas College men’s basketball team beat Lyndon State 99-77 in a North Atlantic Conference game Friday evening.

Eric Westbrooks added 14 points, while Tauren Easter, Rob Nutting and Jarrad DeVaughn added 13 for Thomas (6-4, 3-2 in the conference). Maquies Pollard grabbed 13 rebounds, while Stanley Greene Jr. dished out seven assists.

Jason Gray had 20 points, while Devyn Baranauskas had 16 and Asa Smith 14 for Lyndon State (0-10, 0-4 in the conference).

UM-Farmington 77, Johnson State 56: Maranacook Community School graduate Ben Johnson scored 18 points and nine rebounds as the Beavers won in Farmington.

Fellow Maranacook graduate Kevin Leary added nine points, while Andrew Dickey added 17 and Nate Carson 12 for UMF (5-4, 5-0 in the North Atlantic Conference).

Andy Bousono had 20 points and Scott Moran had 10 for Johnson State (1-9, 1-3 NAC).

Women’s basketball

Lyndon 82, Thomas 72: Donna Lawson had 15 points as Lyndon State won in Waterville.

Danielle LaFont added 14 points and Naomi White had 11 for Lyndon State.

Karin Bird had 18 and Elizabeth Goodall 17 for Thomas.

Men’s hockey

Hamilton 3, Colby 2: Joe Quattrocchi made 31 saves as the Continentals beat the Mules in a New England Small College Athletic Conference game in Waterville.

Anthony Ruberto, Bryan Kelly and Mike DiMare scored goals for Hamilton (5-4-1, 2-4-0 in the conference).

Nick Lanza and Mike Doherty scored for Colby (3-7-0, 1-6-0 in the conference).
