Licensed Social Worker Rachel Grant was one of eight professionals asked to represent Maine at the New England Regional Safety Assessments and Planning with Families in Danvers, Mass.

Grant is the Community Health and Counseling Services’ Family Reunification Program Team Supervisor.

Casey Family Programs and the New England Association for Child Welfare Commissioners at the Judge Baker Children’s Center both support work across New England, focusing on improving safety and risk assessments in child welfare. This year’s regional conference focused on shared learning and the opportunities to advance work related to safety assessments and planning with families.
