FRANKLIN, N.H. — Police in Franklin, N.H., say a man has been arrested after allegedly holding up a convenience store while he had two children with him in a vehicle.

Thirty-four-year-old Keith Kurinskas has been charged with armed robbery at an Irving gas station on Saturday night. Surveillance video caught the robbery.

Police told The Citizen that they stopped an SUV matching the description of the robber’s. An officer identified Kurinskas and noticed that he had two small boys in the rear seat.

An officer took the boys to their mother, Kurinskas’ girlfriend. Police allege that Kurinskas had the children in the SUV at the time of the robbery. They also found a knife in the SUV near where the children had been sitting.
