MOSCOW — The town will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 2 at the Town Hall about a proposed update to the flood management ordinance. A special town meeting will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 9, to adopt the ordinance.
